In the Bauhaus Kitchen

GASTRO HAPPENING — Client: Elsa Yranzo & Sebastian Alberdi — Year: 2019

 

I participated with other chefs, designers and artist to create a performative dinner developed and created by Elsa Yranzo and Sebastian Alberdi to celebrate the 100 years of the Bauhaus School. I was in charge of the design studio GOULAFIGUERA to create a main course and the dish to serve it using 3 words: metal, internal organs and simplicity. I created a slow-cooked flap veal steak and a pumpkin gnocchi filled with mushrooms served in 3m aluminum beams.
